OUR ENVIROMENT
Our project is focused on being sustainable in a few key ways. We use solar panels to generate clean energy, reducing our reliance on traditional power sources. The water we use is brought to our tank by tractors, which helps us manage it carefully and efficiently. Our goats also play an important role: they eat leftover vegetables and fruits, turning them into compost that helps enrich the soil. Everything we do is aimed at working in harmony with nature and minimizing waste.
EL PALMAR BEACH
Palmar Beach is considered one of the most pristine areas of the Cádiz province:
Its Virgin beaches with an endless stretch of fine golden sand (over 8 kilometers long, and with an average width of 80 mts) offer extraordinary conditions for surfing, bodyboarding and Paddle Surf.
The Palmar waters are clean and healing, on a calm day they invite you to swim and it also an ideal beach for children. If you get lucky you might even get to see Dolphins.
Its protected dunes are laboratories where biodiversity is created.
DEHESA
A meditative Journey through the Dehesa del Palmar. Amidst the winding, wave like, laberinth of the Palmitos ( we call it the green ocean) you can stroll to the beach. We recomend to include a treasure hunt for seldom plants and wild flowers and be attentive for rare birds, rabbits, chameleons and other magical beings.
FLORA & FAUNA
Some plants and wild flowers in the area: mandragora, cala (waterlily), San Juan flower, Bellflowers, Sea tartar, Prickly pears, Wild thistles, Wild asparagus.
You can also find these magical wild flowers in the dunes: Sea thistle, Marine caterpillar, Sea stock, Lion's foot & Sea lily. In relation to the fauna, you can find: Fox, Donkey, Chameleon, Marsh Harrier, Lesser Kestrel, and Ibis Eremita.
Animals, environment & Animism
When our human societys lived in closer harmony with the land , cultures experienced the word as a living community. Rivers, trees, mountains, rocks and animals were not objects but relatives , beings with voices, souls, stories and roles in the web of Life. Grounded in reciprocity and relationship this vision still holds its wisdom. All our actions , thoughts and words have a direct impact on the spiritual web. All our Doings reflect upon the superior Dimension, and viceversa, reflect back.When we have understand this,we stop seing reality as disconnected and we start reading life like a book filled with occult messages.
Traditional myths narrate how animals, with their tremendous hearts offered aspects of their bodies to humans so that we as spiritual beings could incarnate.
The animals were always here on earth to help us and love us unconditionally. How fortunate are we for the animal archetypes, their teachings: a blessing.
Trusting your intuitive gaze you can closely listen to the Earth Spirit, connect with eachother as in the same body, the same imagination.
